Alyson Hannigan takes a stroll with her family after she's granted a three-year restraining order against online stalker

She's had a tough few weeks, after being left fearing for her safety by an online stalker.
But with a three-year restraining order granted, Alyson Hannigan has clearly moved on.
The 38-year-old actress was pictured smiling as she headed out in Santa Monica on Thursday with her husband Alexis Denisof and daughter Keeva Jane by her side.

Bundled up, she and her partner took turns pushing their daughter's pink Uppbaby Vista stroller.
Prepared for the dropping temperatures, the mother-of-two wore a long knit sweater over her dress and leggings, that she paired with grey Ugg boots.
Alexis matched, wearing a grey jacket, dark denim and black boots.
Showing some affection, the couple linked arms as they walked.

They appeared relaxed, probably relieved by Wednesday's news.
On Wednesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson issued a three-year restraining order against John Hobbs, a man accused of stalking the How I Met Your Mother star online.
The filings state the 43-year-old acknowledged to police that he wanted to meet Alyson, and the judge noted that John agreed to the terms of the restraining order and that Hannigan's husband Alexis Denisof, and their children, aged one and three should also be protected.

This news comes after the Buff the Vampire Slayer actress was granted a temporary restraining order last month, claiming she was in 'severe fear for my safety and the safety of my family' as she petitioned the courts for the order after receiving a 'barrage of threatening messages'.
She claimed in her petition that in the past two months, the New Hampshire resident has 'posted a barrage of threatening messages directed at me and my family on various websites.'
Alyson wrote that she has never met Hobbs, but his messages have suggested he will rape her and take her to the 'after-life.'
According to the court filings, John was recently released from a mental hospital.
