The Emmy winner, wearing a black button-up shirt and blue jeans, sported a cheshire grin as he coyly entered the clinic located on Abbot Kinney Boulevard.

was seen checking out cannabis-infused products with a pal but was
unable to make a purchase since he had no medical marijuana card.James is the latest in a string of pot-related headlines involving big-name celebrities, including Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence and pop star Justin Bieber.
Not seen Tuesday was his wife of four years, former model Deborah Lin, and their four-month-old daughter Liliana.

Gandolfini also has a 13-year-old son, Michael, with his ex-wife Marcy Wudarski whom he divorced in 2002.According to AP, Wudarski divorced the imposing actor on the grounds of 'abandonment' and accused him of cocaine and alcohol addiction, gun possession, and a string of mistresses including a stripper.
The New Jersey native was dealt a blow when HBO passed on his drama pilot Criminal Justice, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
However James will soon take on two very different comedies - The Incredible Burt Wonderstone due out March 15, and an untitled Nicole Holofcener film with Catherine Keener.
